The company

acetalents LLC is a marketing and advertising operations company, formed in Wyoming, United States, in July 2024.

The company owns and operates a group of businesses in media and software, and it is the advertiser for every one of them.

We plan and run the paid media for the businesses we own, and we run the accounts, billing and reporting behind every campaign.

We build the internal tools that keep that running: reporting dashboards, automation for repetitive account work, and the data work between platforms.

What we do

Three lines of work, run by one entity for the businesses it owns. Each one is described in plain terms so a platform, a counterparty, or a reviewer can see exactly what the company does.

Marketing

Paid media, planned and bought

Campaign planning and media buying across the major advertising platforms for the group's own brands, with creative testing and audience work, and reporting that says what actually happened.

  • Media plans, budgets and pacing
  • Creative and audience testing
  • Measurement and reporting

Operations

Advertising accounts, kept in good standing

Account structure, platform policy compliance, billing, and the day-to-day operations that keep our advertising accounts healthy.

  • Account and asset structure
  • Policy review and compliance
  • Billing, invoicing and reconciliation

Tools

Internal software for advertisers

Software the company builds and runs for its own advertising operations: dashboards, automation, and data pipelines between advertising platforms and the systems around them. Built for the group's own accounts first.

  • Reporting dashboards
  • Automation for repetitive account work
  • Data pipelines and integrations

How work runs

The same four steps for every campaign, written down before any spend.

  1. 1

    Brief

One page: the objective, the constraints, the budget, and the platforms in play.

  2. 2

    Plan

Account structure, creative slate, measurement, and who owns what, agreed before anything runs.

  3. 3

    Run

Daily operations on the accounts. Changes logged, policy checked, spend reconciled.

  4. 4

    Report

A plain record of what ran, what it cost, and what it returned. No adjectives.
